All charges are on a one-occasion basis. All charges are for time outwhether used or not, please make your selections carefully. Orderchanges must be made at least 72 hours prior to delivery orpickup. This does not include tents. Special rates are available forweekly or monthly use. Delivery and pickup services are available.Please make arrangements for delivery explicit as there are extracharges if no one is home at the time of delivery or a delivery orpick up is not at ground level. Set up and take down services arealso available for additional charges. If needed, please arrange inadvance. Please check all equipment upon delivery, or walk in andreport any problems immediately to Isanti Rental.
Our delivery personnel are instructed to stack all items in amutually convenient place for delivery staff and customer. Uponpickup, all items must be stacked, tables and chairs folded andeverything clean and ready to go.
Linens – Shake out all food crumbs, flowers, greens, etc. as theytend to leave stains. Please treat linens as if they were your own.Responsibility for equipment remains with the leaser from time ofpick up to time of return. This remains the same for time ofdelivery to time of pickup. Please be sure equipment is securedwhen not in use and protected from the weather. Check with themanagement of hired halls to make sure they will accommodateyou. We do charge replacement cost for missing or breakage.Prior to equipment rental customer shall obtain, at their expense,all necessary permits, licenses and other consents.
Credit card deposits and identification is required on all rentals.
